Glass Cockpit Training

Are you ready to step into the cockpit of the 21st Century? Whether you are a seasoned professional pilot or just beginning your flight training, you will be amazed by the ease of use and incredible situational awareness the G1000 provides. The majority of our fleet boasts all-glass flightdeck that presents flight instrumentation, location, navigation, communication, and identification data on large-format, high-resolution displays. The digital data presentation on the G1000 puts all flight-critical information literally at the pilot’s fingertips.

Let our flight training professionals introduce you to this new technology. Using the King School's training discs and in-cockpit lessons, we will guide you through interpreting the digital displays of flight and engine instruments, loading a flight plan, using the XM weather and radio features, flying GPS approaches and more. After approximately five hours of training, most licensed pilots feel comfortable enough with the new technology to solo the aircraft.

North Florida Flight Training takes pride in "Training today's pilots in tomorrow's airplanes: the G1000."
